Our Range of Services
We examine and assess sports facilities in accordance with the 18. BImSchV and leisure facilities in accordance with the LAI Leisure Noise Guideline (Freizeitlärmrichtlinie) or DIN 18005 under the respective state regulations, such as the leisure noise decree of North Rhine-Westphalia (Freizeitlärmerlass NRW).
- Feasibility study: We examine how your planned idea can be realised. Where necessary, we develop proposals for optimisation so that immission control requirements are met.
- Approval procedures: Preparation of recognised, robust acoustic and forecast expert reports for your building applications and building approval procedures for individual projects.
- Urban development planning: Support and advice in development plan procedures, including the necessary acoustic investigations and the preparation of the recognised, robust forecast reports required for them.
- Solution-oriented concepts & presentation of results: In the course of the acoustic investigations described above, we develop strategies for optimising the noise situation where required. The Altanlagenbonus (existing-facility allowance) and the privileged status of school sport are likewise applied where the situation permits. Should measures prove necessary, we develop appropriate concepts for dimensioning noise protection measures. For these forecast investigations we use state-of-the-art 3D model calculation software. In addition to a clear, code-compliant presentation, we offer supplementary presentations with map displays and visualisations on request, so that the project can be conveyed clearly and soundly in political or public forums.
- Measurements: Depending on the situation, we carry out short-term measurements or continuous monitoring – for example to record the existing situation, to monitor events (e.g. football matches, village hall events) or to clarify neighbourhood complaints.
- Support with neighbourhood questions & existing facilities: Where specific questions or a need for clarification arise at existing sports or leisure facilities (for instance in discussions about sports facility noise, leisure noise, sound or neighbourhood complaints), we are at your side as a knowledgeable partner for an objective clarification of the situation, in order to work out appropriate and pragmatic solutions.
